Popular food ordering and delivery platform, Zomato concluded its Delivery Partners Days celebrations in Coimbatore at Hotel Cockraco in Kavundampalayam. The family members of Delivery partners were also invited to the celebration.

By organizing 'Delivery Partners Days' events, Zomato expresses it acknowledgement of the invaluable contributions of its delivery partners.

Delivery partners who exhibited dedication in various ways were honored with 1 of the 7 different awards, namely Top Performers, Everyday Heroes, Made A Difference, Electrifying Partner, Iron Ladies, Ageless Achievers and Compliance Heroes.

"Delivery partners are the true backbone of our organization. We often encounter many heartwarming stories of our dedicated delivery partners who go beyond the call of duty to serve society at large, especially during challenging circumstances. These awards are our way of honoring their spirit of altruism and their exceptional service,” Rakesh Ranjan, CEO, Zomato, said via a press release.

On the sidelines of the felicitation, Zomato also organized a first-responder training program for delivery partners in Coimbatore. Launched recently, the program aims to enable the delivery partners to learn the nuances of medical first-aid & CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) through professional and certified training modules.
