TVS Industrial & Logistics Parks (TVS ILP) belonging to the TVS Mobility group established a customized warehouse in Coimbatore for one of the world’s leading food company, Nestle and handed over the facility on June 14th. 

The warehouse, encompassing an impressive area of 1.31 lakhh square feet was completed within an impressive timeframe of 4.5 months. It is located conveniently along the Palladam-Cochin Road, in the Sulur area and is designed to meet Nestle's specific requirements. The facility serves as a specialized cold storage unit, providing the ideal environment for perishable goods and items requiring controlled temperatures.

In addition to the operational benefits, the establishment of this customized warehouse is expected to generate employment opportunities for approximately 250 individuals, contributing to the local economy and job market.
