Tamil Nadu Agricultural University’s Agricultural Engineering College and Research Institute, Coimbatore recently organized ‘AgriTech Manifest 2024’, an International Technical Symposium on the theme ‘Farming the Future: Engineering the Sustainable Agriculture.’ 

Experts from the field of engineering shared their experiences for improving the farming community and around 600 students participated in the event.

This symposium provided a platform for exchanging ideas from young buds belonging to different institutions to offer the engineering solutions for making more profitable and sustainable agriculture. The symposium focused on 14 thematic areas, comprising Soil and Water Conservation Engineering, Farm Machinery and Power Engineering, Food Process Engineering and Renewable Energy Engineering.

 375 research papers have been received for presentation in the symposium in both online and offline streams.
