Sri Ramakrishna College of Arts & Science for Women (SRCW) held its 27th graduation day at SNR Kalaiarangam on Saturday.

 Jayarani Kumar, Director, User Experience@salesforce, Bengaluru was the Chief Guest. R.Sundar, Joint Managing Trustee of SNR Charitable Trust, K. Chitra, Principal, Sri Ramakrishna College of Arts & Science for Women and the Heads of various departments were present at the occasion.  642 graduates and their parents attended the ceremony.

The Principal in her address listed out the accolades and achievements of college. She also appreciated the graduates for their contribution towards the accomplishment of the college in various National level academic rankings including achievement of A+ Grade by NAAC.

The Joint Managing Trustee in his presidential address congratulated the graduates and insisted the importance of global competency. He also highlighted that the employment of women takes the country to the peak of success. He also appreciated the medalists who came a long way proving their mettle.

The chief guest Jayarani Kumar in her graduation day address motivated the students to improve their skills and knowledge that fetch jobs in global level. She narrated stories through which how an ability of networking can be improved. Her speech instilled the importance of lifelong learning.

24 university rank holders of various departments received the medals and certificates from the Chief Guest including 5 gold medals. 642 graduates had received their graduation certificates.  The graduates led by the Principal took a pledge to use their degrees and knowledge for the betterment of the society.
