A national level, 36-hour hackathon for engineering college students with the aim to find innovative solutions for reducing human-animal conflict is underway at Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College, Coimbatore. 

This hakathon is held in collaboration with Tamil Nadu Forest Department and the Coimbatore Forest Division. More than 150 teams across India participated in the hackathon and 21 teams were shortlisted for the final. They are developing their solutions in this 36 hour-hackathon finale.

The final was inaugurated by K.S Sathish, Regional Passport Officer, Coimbatore in the presence of  A. Soundarrajan, Principal of the college.
