Railways Department announced on Thursday that special trains between Tambaram – Kochuveli via Salem, Erode, Tiruppur, Coimbatore, with 16 Sleeper Class Coaches and 4 General Second Class Coaches will be operational from 30.3.2024.

Accordingly, Tambaram to Kochuveli Special Train will depart from Tambaram on 30.3.2024 at 2.15 p.m. and will arrive at Salem Junction at 9.50 p.m., Erode at 10.55 p.m., Tiruppur at 12.28 a.m. on the next day and Coimbatore at 1.57 p.m. It will then finally arrive at Kochuveli in Kerala at 11.30 a.m.

On the same day, the train will depart from Kochuveli at 2.30 p.m. and arrive at Coimbatore at 12.40 a.m. the next day.
