After the successful completion of Round 1 of the BlueBand FMSCI Indian National Rally Championship 2023 for four-wheelers at Chennai and Round 2 at Itanagar earlier this year, the Round 3 of the BlueBand FMSCI Indian National Rally Championship 2023 will be held in Coimbatore on July 28 and 30, 2023 (Friday to Sunday).

Called the Rally of Coimbatore(ROC), this event’s ceremonial start began today. It was flagged off today at Jenny’s Residency by G.R.Karthikeyan , President, Coimbatore Auto Sports Club and L.Gopalakrishnan, Managing Trustee, PSG Institutions.

ROC 2023 which has 6 main INRC categories will feature 76 cars and 7 teams along with 17 privateers in various INRC categories from across India.

Keep your eyes open for our Coimbatore’s very own INRC 2 driver Charen Chandran and co-driver Vignesh Mahalingam taking part in ROC 2023.

The venue for Day 1 (29.7.2023) is SM Agro near L&T Road and for Day 2 (30.7.2023) it is Kethanur. The racing activities will begin on 8 a.m. on both days and it will end at 4 p.m. The entry for the public is free.

The results can be viewed on the website live.chronopulse.com at the end of each day of ROC 2023.

With the view to reduce the carbon footprint generated during this event, 1000 saplings will be planted and maintained by one of the partnering organization of this event, Rotary Club of Coimbatore Smartcity.

Ltd (Official Promoter of this Championship) addressed the press and said they are very excited about Rally of Coimbatore.


Coimbatore INRC Talent Hunt 2023’s Winner is Hem Raj, a 28 year old taxi-driver from Himachal Pradesh.

Inspired by Suresh Rana, a cross-country rally champ from his home district Manali, Hem Raj developed the love for riding cars at the age of 12. 

He got his training from him and came to know about FMSCI Indian National Rally Championships.

He heard about the Talent Hunt (a program that allows private drivers to compete against each other and sends the best to compete in following rounds of FMSCI INRC) through INRC Champion ,also from Himachal Pradesh, Aditya Thakur.

Hem Raj tried his best at the Talent Hunt and won his slot to appear at the INRC 3 category in the Rally of Hyderabad, the round 4 of the championship series that will held later this year.
