Sri Ramakrishna Hospital holds first ever conference focused on Innovations and Best Practices in Clinical Laboratory

The Department of Laboratory Medicine, Sri Ramakrishna Hospital announced on Monday that it had organized QualCon 2024 - Tamil Nadu’s first ever one-day conference with focus on Excellence, Innovations and Best Practices in Clinical Laboratory as a part of its World Quality Day 2024 activities.

C.V. Ramkumar, CEO, SNR Sons Charitable Trust inaugurated the conference. Dr. S. Rajagopal, Medical Director; Dr. S. Alagappan, Medical Superintendent; Dr. M. L. Raman, Lab Director and R. Dorairaj, Administrative Director, Sri Ramakrishna Hospital attended the inaugural.

Dr. C. Ashmi, Director- Microbiology & Molecular Biology, Dr. P. Suseela Director- Quality & Clinical Biochemistry and experts from various institutions shared their insights on quality practices and innovations in laboratory medicine.

This event brought together over 200 laboratory doctors, quality professionals, medical students, lab technicians and technologists all united by a shared commitment to continuous improvement and excellence.
