G Square aims to make Rs.5000 crore turnover in FY 25-26; eyes global expansion!

India's largest real estate developer, G Square made a turnover of Rs.300 crore last month; a massive Rs.2500 crore turnover during last financial year (FY 2024-25), and aims to double its turnover (i.e) Rs.5000 crore in this FY, shared Sivakumar Pethaiyan, Global Business Head of G Square here on Wednesday.
Mr.Sivakumar conveyed this at the launch ceremony of its new premium residential township in Ramanathapuram, Coimbatore called 'G Square Woodland'.
G Square Woodland project offers Plug & Play Plots, strategically located in Ramanathapuram, behind Central Studio. This all-inclusive residential township offers 100 meticulously planned residential plots ranging from 1.5 to 5 cents catering to diverse homeowner needs with 20 world-class amenities.
This Rs.100 crore-project enjoys an ideal location, just a minute off Trichy Road, the project provides unparalleled accessibility to Coimbatore International Airport, Railway Station, Bus Stand and well-connected by roadways. Surrounded by PSG Tech and other leading educational institutions along with major IT Hubs. It is also close to renowned healthcare institutions such as PSG Hospital and KMCH and is well-connected to shopping centers, entertainment hubs, and business districts.
The 100 plots under this project will be equally divided and sold in 2 phases. The first 50 plots will have a massive discount and the price of the next 50 plots will vary based on the demand, Sivakumar Pethaiyan said. The market price per cent at Ramanathapuram, Coimbatore now costs Rs 25 lakhs, while G Square is offering the plots at a competitive price of Rs.21.9 lakh per cent for the first 50 plots.
It will launch 7 projects in Coimbatore - G Square World , Kovaipudur -a massive 800 acre project; Amethyst, Thudiyalur; Futura, SIHS Colony; Greenville, Somanur; Ecovillage, Mettupalayam Road and Amar Garden, Sulur in the coming months.
Taking its expansion a mile higher, G Square is in plans to expand to other countries. "We are in talks with Dubai and we are looking at Singapore and Malayasia also. We will expand in future, as of now we are in discussion," Sivakuamr Pethaiyan.
Earlier, the company annouced it plans to make an investment of Rs.1000 crore in the next few years in Tamil Nadu to develop villas and apartment projects but Mr.Pethaiyan said that this figure will witness an increase.
