The excitement for the 17th edition of Coimbatore Vizha reached new heights on Saturday as the festivities began with the grand launch of "Rhythm of Coimbatore", a song that beautifully captures the spirit and pride of the city. 

Produced by Swetha Raghul from Groove Gami, this tribute to Coimbatore brought the crowd together in celebration of the city’s unique culture and energy. The launch event, held at Prozone Mall, drew a large audience eager to witness the debut of this musical homage.

Adding to the thrill, legendary actor Sathyaraj, the pride of Coimbatore, joined as the Chief Guest. Known for his iconic roles and authentic use of the Coimbatore dialect, Sathyaraj’s presence made the evening even more memorable. Special Chief Guests, including District Collector Kranthi Kumar Pati I.A.S., Police Commissioner V. Balakrishnan I.P.S., and Corporation Commissioner Thiru. Sivaguru Prabakaran I.A.S., also attended, unveiling "Rhythm of Coimbatore" and showcasing unity among city officials and residents.

After the song launch, the crowd enjoyed an electrifying Diwali DJ party that kept the energy soaring well into the night—a true celebration of music, pride, and the collective spirit of Coimbatore.

This year’s Coimbatore Vizha activities are led by 17th Edition ChairArun Senthilnathan, along with Co-Chairs Saumya Gayathri and Saritha Lakshmi.
