Airports Authority of India (AAI), via an official notice, has invited Expression of Interest- EOI (similar to tender) from senior consultants to deal with various land-related matters at Coimbatore International Airport, which is set for a major expansion.

The notice states that the services of a consultant is required for a specific period for AAI at Coimbatore Airport, mainly for updating all the Land records, expedite the left over land mutation process in the name of AAI in respect of the existing land & for documenting related to additional land which is under taking over process from by District Administration.

The scope of work also mentions that the Senior Consultant will assist AAI in land works pertaining to the proposed additional area under acquisition process (i.e., 627.89 acres), for development of Coimbatore Airport.

The notice Inviting 'EOI' and other Terms and Conditions shall be obtained from the office of Airport Director, Coimbatore Airport or the same can be downloaded from AAI website www.aai.aero. Interested parties / Firms having the eligibility criteria have been requested to submit their 'Expression of Interest to the Airport Director, Coimbatore Airport on or before 10th March 2025 upto 3 p.m. (IST) The offer will be opened on 11th March 2025 at 3.30 p.m. in the presence of the parties or their authorized representative, if any present, AII mentioned
