Coimbatore-based LMW Advanced Technology Centre is exhibiting its aerospace and defence solutions at the Aero India 2023 which is considered as Asia's largest aero show.
It has 811 exhibitors out of which 701 are Indian exhibitors and 110 are from different countries.
This show was inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and it is ongoing now at Yelahanka Airforce Station, Bangalore with the view to showcase India’s growth in aerospace and defence capabilities.
At the event, Indian Space Research Organisation's Chairman S.Somanath visited LMW ATC's stall and greeted the team. LMW's Chairman & Managing Director Sanjay Jayavarthanavelu was also present there with the team.
Started in 2010, LMW ATC serves as a one-stop solution for the Aerospace customer. The centre played a very good role in India Space Research Organization's (ISRO) successful SSLV-D2 mission.
It produced 4 Interstage assemblies (S2V, S2S, S3C1 & S3C2) and a sub-assembly called the Piston Cylinder assembly for the separation of the Payload fairing needed for the mission.
