The Youth Red Cross of Sri Ramakrishna College of Arts and Science for Women recently organized Minnal 2025, an event dedicated to underprivileged children from orphanages across Coimbatore.

Over a hundred children participated in the program held in the college premises. Minnal 2025 provided a platform for the children to showcase their talents and was designed to recognize their abilities and bring them joy. The event featured a variety of artistic performances by the children, with prizes awarded to the winners.

Principal, K. Chitra, presided over the event. In her address, she emphasized the long-standing tradition of the Minnal program, which has been held for over two decades. She highlighted the importance of fostering social responsibility among students, urging them to develop empathy and understanding towards the less privileged members of society.

P.Premasuda, Zonal Coordinator of the Youth Red Cross of Bharthiar University and the Chief Guest of the event offered words of encouragement and motivation to the children.
